1. Any personal data that 4Tourism Srl may ask you for is essential for informational and sales purposes.
The personal data will be made anonymous for statistical purposes.
4Tourism Srl needs the data to perform the activities specified above. If you do not consent to the processing of your data, 4Tourism Srl will not be able to provide the above-described services.
Your consent to the processing of your personal data using the availability request form also authorises 4Tourism Srl to process your data to:
- enter your subscription to the “Toscana Newsletter” should you decide to request it;
- request your review of the structure you visited during the vacation you booked through 4Tourism Srl;
- provide any other service that requires the processing of your personal data for other purposes that are, in any case, strictly related to the booking.

2. You expressly declare that the data provided on the following form is true and belongs to the person who is making the booking.

3. You consent to the processing of your sensitive data and its storage (in the database of 4Tourism Srl) in conformity with the requirements on the subject established by DL 196 of June 30, 2003 and subsequent modifications.
The personal data provided and acquired will be processed manually and/or by computer according to criteria of legality, correctness and the full protection of your rights and privacy. 4Tourism Srl will record your personal information in its files in observance of the law. 4Tourism Srl will only use this data to send you information about your booking and to fulfil its obligations under Italian and European Community law.
You may access your personal data at any time by the methods provided in article 10 of DL 196 of June 30, 2003.
In particular:

- Deletion of your personal data:
The personal data you provided can be deleted at any time. A request of this type involves the definitive removal of your personal data from the system (database) with the relative suspension of all activities related to it.

- Changing your personal data:
The personal data you provided and/or the services you activated can be changed at any time. This type of request involves the total or partial modification of your personal data (such as correcting your mailing address, adding a telephone number, replacing the e-mail address) and/or the services requested (such as the newsletter subscription) in the system (database).
During the collection of the data, you will be provided instructions for deleting and/or changing it on the website or by mail.

You may use the following methods to delete your data from the system (database of 4Tourism Srl):

- using the online procedure for the service requested;
- by sending an e-mail request to the following address: cancellation@4tourist.net;
